The privacy policy of this site

This page describes the management of the site in reference to the processing of the personal data of its users. This is an informative publication issued in conformity with Art. 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 – Laws on the protection of the personal data of  those who consult the pages of the website  (consecutively: the “site”) or use the services which it provides. The information is made available exclusively for the site and not for other sites which may be consulted by the user via links inside the site.

Types of data processed, navigation data

IT services and software procedures for the functioning of this web site acquire, over the course of normal operations, some personal data transmitted through standard Internet protocol procedures.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with those identified, but that by their very nature may, through the elaboration and association with data in the possession of third parties, allow the identification of users.

Data included in this category are IP addresses or domains of computers implemented by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to forward the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as a response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

This data are used only to gain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly  and it is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to verify liability in case of hypothetical IT crimes that may have detrimental effects on the site and, according to the current status; data on web contacts are not stored for more than 1 year.

Data provided voluntarily by the user:

registration of personal data, even sensitive, on the specific page of the site, to request services, any sending information and offers, as well as the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mail to addresses indicated on this site imply the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail address, as it is required in order to respond to the request, as well as other personal data included.

The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to provide the services, reply to requests, and fulfill contractual and statutory obligations. In any case it will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year.


No user personal data is purposely acquired by the website. Does not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not memorised permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site. The c.d. session cookies used in this site avoid the recourse of other information techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users ‘ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Links to social web

the site contains links to third party sites (facebook, twitter, tripadvisor, pinterest etc): privacy policies relating to those links are in no way managed by the data controller. It cannot be collected, registered or trated any information from users related to the access of such sites.

Optional communication of personal data

Excepting for that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in service request forms, or however indicated in contacts with our Office to urge the sending of newsletters, information material or other communications. Theirs lacking bestowal can involve the impossibility to obtain what requested.

Modality of the treatment.

Personal data are processed with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Rights of those involved

The subjects to whom the personal data refers reserve the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or inexistence of the same data and to know the contents and origins, verify their accuracy, or request their integration, updating, or correction (art. 7 of the code regarding protection of personal data of D.Lgs. 196/2003).

Pursuant to this same article, the individual involved reserves the right to request the elimination, transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of the data process in violation of the law, as well as oppose their processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons.
